My name is Emily Allison.
As a highly sensitive person and intuitive guide I am passionate about the human condition. My interest in health and wellness led me to study Emotional Freedom Techniques, enroll in the certification program with Tapping The Matrix Academy and create Ocean Wolf EFT.
I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. I approach each session with compassion and empathy, aiming for clarity and relief.
I am also a Kundalini Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, musician and Living Foods educator from Vancouver Island, Canada.

What is EFT?
" Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping, or rubbing these points while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma. EFT draws on various theories of alternative medicine – including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT)."
Through the use of EFT ( aka Tapping), we are able to dissolve limiting beliefs around any aspect of life: Mental, Emotional, Physical or Spiritual. Sessions are designed to decrease the emotional charge of personal issues ( including physical pain), and provide clients with effective tools to help them move beyond any obstacle on their path to creating a fulfilling and harmonious life.
